This website has no forms and does not collect personal data. Any data you give us by phone, WhatsApp, email or at the centre (your name, phone number and the health information we need) is used to manage your appointments and to keep your clinical record.

Providing the healthcare you ask us for and our legal obligations regarding clinical records.

Retention

Clinical records are kept for the periods set by healthcare law. Other data is kept while you are a patient.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at the centre or by writing to physis@physis.cat. You may also file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
